Our anamed colleagues in Tanzania are extremely active. anamed Tanzania was for example the first anamed group that discovered the effectiveness of artemisia tea and moringa leaf powder in transforming the health, and therefore the lives, of people suffering from AIDS. anamed Tanzania is very grateful for the support of Hertha Schwaighofer and the “Tanzania-Zentrum”.
See the June 2011 newsletter (English - or here in German)) which includes much about anamed Tanzania. The newsletter includes the following appreciation:

I have lived in Tanzania for more than 10 years and have observed very critically the different types of development work. “anamed Tanzania” is the project I have been looking for. A project that offers effective help for self-help that can easily and with relatively little financial input be brought to local people throughout the country. For the next years I shall concentrate my efforts on this important task, together with the children of Upendo Home and friends that also share our conviction on the effectiveness of Natural Medicine and its benefit to local people.

The website of the Tanzania Zentrum includes interesting information about recent anamed seminars.
In the menu click on “anamed” and “Projekte”. The pages are first written in German, and then lower down in English.

Back in May 2009 Peter Felishi reported that, in the Malya Anamed Dispensary, the number of patients was increasing every day. He says that most patients prefer to use anamed products and the results are excellent. He says that today, in June 2011, that this is still the case.
